The usual architecture combines a DMR radio network on site, HF radio or satellite for long-distance links, handheld GPS units for field teams and dispatch software to supervise operations and record communications. Heat, dust and access to power also shape equipment choices: ingress protection, solar charging and backup batteries. Each country has its own regulator for frequency licensing and equipment type approval. We prepare each proposal according to the country of deployment, the site, the distances to cover and the number of users.
